125 Public Notice PIMA COUNTY TAX NOTICE Pursuant to
Arizona Revised Statutes Sections 42-18051 and 42-18052, the 2002 Pima County Assessment
and Tax Roll is in the possession of the Pima County Treasurer for the collection of the taxes
levied. One-half of the taxes on all personal property secured by real property and one-half of the
taxes on all real property became due and payable the first day of October and will be delinquent on
the following first day of November at five o'clock P.M., and that unless paid prior thereto interest
from the time of the delinquency at the rate of sixteen percent per annum prorated monthly as of
the first day for the month until paid, will be added thereto. The remaining one-half of such taxes
will be due and payable on and after the first day of March next and will be delinquent on the
following first day of May at five o'clock P.M., unless paid prior thereto, with a like interest. All
taxes may be paid at the time the first installment is due and payable. Taxes are payable from 8:00
A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, legal holidays excluded, at the office of the Pima County
Treasurer, Courthouse, Tucson, Arizona. NO OTHER DEMAND FOR TAXES IS NECESSARY, BUT
EVERY PERSON SUBJECT TO TAXATION SHALL PAY HIS TAXES BEFORE THEY BECOME DELINQUENT
